Policies

Academic Policies:
Student Records
The Director of the School or Pastor in charge of Administration keeps all students’ records confidential.

Tardiness:
Classes will begin and end on time.  Students need to be seated and prepared for class at the scheduled time. Excessive tardiness will result in disciplinary action.

Exams:
Students are expected to take their exams on the day they are scheduled.  Make up exams will be at the
discretion of the class facilitator and will need to be made up within one week of the scheduled exam.

Student Behavior & Discipline:
Being a student at New Creation WOC School of Ministry is a privilege, not a right.  New Creation WOC-SOM reserves the right to discipline, suspend or expel any student for violations of school policies or any other conduct that staff of NCWOC deems necessary.
Living a lifestyle that does not adhere to NCWOC pledge covenant may be grounds for dismissal.  Staff will investigate reports of infractions or conduct and action will be taken if the staff deems necessary.

The pledge covenant must be signed and turned into admissions before starting the courses.
Student behavior that violates that covenant will be dealt with through the pastoral staff of NCWOC.  The staff will then make a decision on the necessary disciplinary consequences.

Honor Code:
We expect each student to live a life that brings glory and honor to the name of Jesus Christ.
We expect each student to live a life of consecration.
Students are expected to separate themselves from immoral activates which are contrary to the Word of God and to true Christian lifestyle.
Any behavior on the part of the student that violates the honor code will be subject to disciplinary actions.

Licensing/Ordination:
Any student who wishes to pursue licensing and or ordination papers may do so on their own accord.  NCWOC-SOM, NCWOC and EMF are neither responsible nor required to license or ordain any student.
NCWOC is under no obligation to hire or to bring on staff any student who has finished their schooling.
NCWOC-SOM is strictly a means by which students will receive a quality recognized biblical education.
Students may pursue ministry opportunities elsewhere if so led.
